This report examines the implementation of the Law on Dual Education (LDE) in Serbia during the 2024-2025 school year. The report focuses on new data from the 2024-2025 school year, covering students across all secondary school grades.
Amid ongoing political discussions about revising the LDE, the report evaluates LDE VET's performance in terms of student outcomes, graduation rates, and post-graduation pathways. It also captures the attitudes and opinions of schools and companies towards LDE VET students compared to those in other VET models, emphasizing the importance of motivation and satisfaction for continuous implementation.
Additionally, the report addresses work-based learning (WBL) time, presenting comprehensive data across all grades in LDE VET and other models. This expanded survey approach aims to provide a more complete picture of WBL time throughout secondary education.
