Lessons learned from the LELAM project: The importance of social institutions

In May 2024, the project "Linking Education and Labor Markets" (LELAM)-TVET4Income came to an end after seven successful years.

Education systems around the world pursue common goals and at the same time face similar challenges in achieving these goals. For seven years, the LELAM project analysed how vocational education and training in four countries improves the income of young people and promotes education and employment - findings that could also be useful for Switzerland.
