What further training is necessary in the age of digitalization?

Filippo Pusterla from ETH Zurich and SFIVET presents empirical results on the question of which further training courses will become necessary as a result of digitalization. Helen Buchs, Head of the TRANSIT think tank of the Swiss Association for Continuing Education, reflects on the question from the perspective of the Swiss Association for Continuing Education.
