Corona crisis: Apprentices could lose their professional connection

Corona pandemic continues to affect dual vocational education and training (VET) with second wave and various mutations. From April 2020, Chair of Education Systems has been monitoring Swiss apprenticeships and analyses the effects of COVID-19 on the work-based section of apprenticeship training. Monthly analyses form the unique research project Apprenticeship Pulse.
On 30th of January, Neue Zürcher Zeitung published an article, "Corona crisis: Apprentices could lose their professional connection", that highlights the pandemie effect on apprentices also covering Apprenticeship Pulse research and Prof. Renold's remarks on the situation.
